Precious Metals
All of our silver work is of .925 Silver. All silver colored pieces are Rhodium plated. Clean in any regular jewelry cleaning solution. It is recommended as with any fine jewelry piece that you have a jeweler re-plate your piece in rhodium every six months of wear.
Resin
All our pieces are cast in house in resin, sanded and polished individually. A special proprietary resin composite was developed to give a perfect balance of durability and weight to each of our pieces. Given the hand made nature of the product micro bubbles and marbling may occur, no two pieces are exactly alike.
Care
Treat these pieces as you would fine jewelry – handle with care.
For caring and cleaning for your piece, we recommend using a fine terry or micro cloth to wipe down the product.

Payment
What methods of payments do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, which are accepted through PayPal. We also accept E-Checks through PayPal but we cannot ship your item until it has cleared. We apologize, but we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Note: All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Shipping
We ship domestically and internationally. We ship all our products using United States Postal Service.
Customers are responsible for choosing and paying their method of shipping.
Most of our products ship via USPS Priority Mail, including delivery confirmation.
International shipping varies upon requested method at checkout.
Domestic Priority estimated delivery time is anywhere from 3-5 days. We process and ship out our orders twice a week.
